Lexi – Administrator

I am originally from Great Falls, MT. I have been in the behavioral health field for over twenty years in various capacities. My passion for helping others started while I was on Active Duty in the Air Force. In addition to that, I have worked at various behavioral health facilities over the years and feel I have gained new knowledge from each one. My goal for We Care is to provide a center that feels like a safe and secure place for clients to attend and to reach out to in times of need. My vision is one that encompasses all members of the facility from admin and staff to clientele and community professionals. I have my MBA and a Masters in Adult Education and Training with an Emphasis in Human Resources. I am also pursuing my doctorate. This educational background has enhanced my knowledge and skill set that I am able to bring as the administrator of We Care.

Leandra – Missoula Program Manager

I was born in New Mexico raised in El Paso, Texas. I loved the culturally diverse region I grew up in and it started my passion for wanting to help others. I was able to start my career working at a residential treatment center for youth, and I learned so much and my desire to help others grew. Looking for more opportunities, I took a leap of faith and moved to Montana. While a scary decision, it brought me to We Care Behavioral Health and for the past two years I have been able to continue to learn so much. More importantly I have been able to continue to help the community which has now expanded into adult care and assistance. I am continuing my education so I can reach my goal of obtaining my Masters degree in Social Work, to continue to grow and share my knowledge regarding mental health.

Lacy – HR Manager

I’m Lacy and I am the Human Resource Manager for We Care. I have been with the company since 2017 and have worn a variety of hats during my time here. I was born and raised in a very small ranching town with a population of about 300. I have always had a close relationship with my parents, sisters, and grandparents. We make sure to get together often and always have great food and games to play. My love for animals is another major piece of who I am. I currently have 4 rescue pets, 2 cats and 2 dogs. I enjoy spending my free time in the woods with the dogs and my longtime partner, Layne. We enjoy getting away from the hustle and bustle of the city to recharge as often as we can. Along with my work for We Care, I am also a full-time nursing student with Missoula College. My long-term goal is to become a psychiatric nurse practitioner so I can better serve the members of our community. In between my busy work and school schedules, I can be found in the beautiful mountains of Montana, cooking at home, or dabbling in crafts.

Joe – Outpatient Therapist

I have been a licensed therapist since 1993. My focus has been on helping people to reclaim the energy and life force of their emotions, identify their strengths, and gain better traction to achieve self-sufficiency while creating more loving, supportive, and nurturing relationships with others. I work primarily with adults to identify the barriers to wholehearted living and reduce the impact of trauma. I currently work part time with adults and provide clinical supervision to interns.

Des – Outpatient Therapist

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has several decades of Social Work experience in a frontier setting. I am certified in a variety of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapies for a range of conditions, including sleep disorders and trauma. I have worked with children, families and adults including relationship and communication counseling. I am recovery minded with a goal to promote community and personal wellness.

Erin – Outpatient Therapist

Hello! My name is Erin Rohde. I am one of the therapists here at We Care. I spent most of my life thus far as an educator, with a focus on early elementary classroom instruction and as an elementary reading intervention specialist. I decided to leave education to pursue new passions and areas of study. I received my graduate degree from Walla Walla University, Missoula and love my new career in social work. It has truly been the greatest professional decision of my life. I have experience within case management and am working toward a primary focus on addictions and dual-diagnosis client needs. I believe therapy should be client-centered, providing individuals a safe atmosphere to address their needs and goals. I often integrate aspects of solution-focused and motivational interviewing approaches within the scope of practice. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my three sons, cooking and cheering on the Griz….as well as too many other interests to note! I hope your experience within our setting provides you a safe, caring environment in which to enjoy greater overall well-being.

Brittiny – HR Generalist

I was born and raised in Susanville California; I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from CSU Chico in 2015. I found my passion working with people with disabilities when I worked for AMJAMB in Paradise CA from 2015- 2019. I relocated to Missoula MT in 2019 to be closer to my family. I have worked with We Care Behavioral Health for 3 years and have really enjoyed getting to meet new people and see them succeed. When not at work I love spending time with my daughter Beau, husband Cameron and our two dogs and cat. I love to hike outdoors as well as curl up with a good movie or book. I am looking forward to continuing my career in helping people to succeed and gain their independence.

Donna – Representative Payee

Hi, my name is Donna. I am a representative payee for Social Security, and I work for We Care. I have provided this service for almost 8 years, and I really like doing this work. Working with people can be challenging as well as rewarding. I was born in Missoula, Mt where I have raised 2 children. Working for We Care has been rewarding, not only does We Care help their clients, they also take care of their employees. When I am not at work, I spend my summer days with my husband James at the lake boating and camping and in the fall. I also enjoy going to the Montana Griz football games. I look forward to working with We Care for many years.

Keely – Butte Program Manager

Hello, I’m Keely. I was raised in a small town in Absarokee, Montana where I first learned about the mental health service shortage. I then went to college where I changed my career path a few times and ended up working for Shodair Children’s Hospital. That started my interest and love for mental health. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and bounced around jobs for a year or two, trying to find my niche. I eventually found We Care and have felt at home since. Recently, I started working towards my Master’s in Industrial- Organizational Psychology and I hope to continue to expand my knowledge and skills in the mental health field. In my free time, you can find me outdoors with my family, crafting, or attending Griz games in the fall. We Care is helping close the gaps in the Mental Health field throughout Montana so people are able to access services easily and readily.

Marion – Outpatient Therapist

I have experience with clients with mental illness and/or developmental delays. I have a strong background in the mental health field that carries over into addiction and substance abuse treatment. I believe that strengths lie in a solution focused approach to treatment. I am good at listening and I am sensitive to client needs. I am also comfortable with speaking to those in treatment. Ability to interact with diverse personalities, children, adults, and the elderly.

Jodi – Great Falls Office Manager

I am Jodi and I am the Great Falls Office Manager. I have been with We Care since 2020 and I started out as a Case Manager and have moved into the current role. I was born in Calgary Alberta Canada and raised for most of my life in High River Alberta. I attended college in Calgary upon graduating from high school to get a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. In 1993 I married my husband, Daniel. We moved to Edmonton Alberta so my husband could start his Family Medicine Residency. We were there for 2 years and then moved to Penticton BC, where we had our first child, Holly Dawn. We then moved back to High River to live with my parents and then ended up buying a new home in Okotoks Alberta, while we were waiting for our Green Cards to be issued to come to the US. We moved to Jamestown, North Dakota, where 2 weeks after we moved, we gave birth to our son, Braedan Robert Kelly. We lived in Jamestown for one year then decided to move to Great Falls, Montana, closer to our families in Canada and a much warmer climate. We have been in Great Falls now for 24 years and it has become our home. I did attend college again at University of Great Falls for a Bachelors in Sociology. I am also a grandma of two beautiful little twin girls, that are Papa and Amma’s life. I have worked in mental health for many years off and on and did different things in between but always came back to what I feel most fulfilled with. I enjoy the work and I enjoy being able to be the person that gives that person a helping hand when they need it most in their lives. I am proud of what I do and proud of being a part of the We Care vision.

Holly – Great Falls Program Manager

Hi, I am Holly, I am the ACM program manager and trainer here in Great Falls, Montana. I have been with We Care now for a little over a year. I started out as a case manager and moved into the program manager and trainer. I have lived in Great Falls for 24 years now. I was born in Penticton BC and my family moved to Jamestown North Dakota when I was 17 months old. I am the oldest of two, I have one younger brother. I am a dog groomer by trade, but my mom has worked so long in Mental health that I just worked my way into it naturally. I am married and we have two lovely twin daughters who are going to be two years old this year. They are my life. My husband is a driver for Fed Ex. I love doing what I do, and I love my job. We Care is an exceptional place to work and to grow. I love helping people and being in the community helping people become their best selves. I enjoy being in the community talking to other providers and working to help my clients in getting what they need to be successful and independent. We Care is an amazing place to work for which I am fortunate enough to be a part of.

Nicole – Hamilton Program Manager

Hi there! My name is Nicole Miller-Emery. I am the program manager at the Hamilton MT facility, here in Beautiful Ravalli County.

I have been interested in case management and social work since I was a child. I grew up in a small town in Pennsylvania in a single parent home, with very few community supports and with only one small mental health facility in the community. It was from then on, I knew I wanted to work to promote positive change through case management and/or social work. I moved to Montana about 5 years ago and cannot see myself living anywhere else. While working for We Care Behavioral Health for the past 4 years, I have had an opportunity to be part of positive growth and development within the mental health community.

I am proud to work in job that truly cares about its clients and there’s certainly never a dull moment. Every day is another chance to learn and grow and at the end of the day smile when thinking about the company you work for and the positive changes we’ve helped happen for our clients.
