Our licensed mental health professionals and therapists provide compassionate, patient-centered mental health care and advocacy.

We offer a comprehensive range of services for adults, adolescents and children (ages 4 – 17) who are experiencing mental health conditions or substance use disorder.

Adult Case Management

Case Managers are experienced in social work and advocate for people who have a limited ability to connect with professional services for themselves helping to:

  • Connect with medical or psychiatric provider(s)
  • Provide Community Based Rehabilitation and Support
  • Facilitate transportation
  • Meet regularly to identify and address barriers to progress

Child and Adolescent Case Management (Ages 4-17)

Youth Case Managers assist families and children with behavioral health diagnosis, serving as an advocate and helping them access resources such as in-school services, specialist appointments, doctors and therapists.

Outpatient Therapy

Licensed Addiction Counselors and Behavioral Therapists work with clients to identify and change emotions, thoughts and behavior that negatively impact quality of life.

Community Based Rehabilitation Support

Advocate for and support clients with mental disorders in maintaining personal and community relationships that are essential to mental, physical, and social wellbeing. These may include family relationships, friendships, employer relationships, and connection to a variety of community resources.

Representative Payee Services

Manage benefit payments for clients who are not capable of managing their Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and other third-party support payments.

Medication Management

Conduct an initial evaluation of a client’s need for psychotropic medications, work with a provider(s) to obtain appropriate prescription(s), perform ongoing medical monitoring of client’s use of medication.

Adult Group Home Transitional Living

Our adult group homes provide a high level of supervision for people who are working to overcome mental illness while focusing on skills that are necessary to transition to more independent living. Onsite services include:

  • Life skills training
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Activities of Daily Living
  • Group Outings
  • Therapeutic Group Sessions

We Care Shuttle Service

To better serve our clients, WCBH offers a FREE shuttle service and full-time driver to transport patients to wherever they need or want to go, including to appointments, meetings, grocery shopping, to meet a case manager or friend for coffee, or simply get out into community.
